In this difficult market, we felt much more confident having him on our side. Buyer reviewWe bought our first home with Century 21 North East and would absolutely recommend them. The housing market is very competitive, with very little inventory available, meaning our real estate agent, Ryan Connor, needed to be very responsive in scheduling showings, alerting us to open houses, and updating us if houses went off the market (as many were extremely quickly). We found a house within 2 weeks of starting viewings and appreciated all of Ryan's information and advice on offers and other considerations (e.g., escalation, not waiving a home inspection) and agencies and professionals he connected us with (the attorney, home inspection company). The administrative support for Century 21 North East also made things much easier and ensured we could easily know the status of all tasks. Thank you Ryan and Century 21 for helping us move into our first home!
